We take care of the basic services for set-up, configuration and deployment of TALAIA, as well as the initial project upload and the necessary maintenance and support so you can start in optimum conditions. For greater flexibility, we propose 3 types of implementation, depending on the needs of each company:

On Premise

  • Unique payment per user
  • Deployment in your infrastructure
  • First year of support and maintenance including product updates

Cloud

  • Unique payment per user
  • Hosting included (annual renovation)
  • First year of support and maintenance including product updates

Saas

  • Payment per month per user
  • Hosting included
  • Maintenance, support and product updates included

 

Maintenance Services

Customer will be granted an access to SM2 Baleares S.A. through the following channels: Technical Support & E-Mail Contact Center

Contact Center calls will be answered immediately or a call back will be made within 30 minutes. Inquiries will be classified in 2 priority types:

Critical: Issues that affects directly software availability or data security. For those issues Maximum Response Time will be: 1 working day
Standard:
Other Issues. Maximum Response Time will be: 5 working days.

Queries & Issues Reporting Management:

Customer will be granted an access to our On-line Web Issue Reporting Tool, https://soporte.sm2baleares.es, in order to submit bugs and any other Software related issues.

Access to software upgrades:

Part of a continuous effort to improve TALAIA OpenPPM and according to our Road Map product updates are released on a regular basis. Therefore customer under the Support and Maintenance contract period will receive regular updated version of our software.

After the first year, the maintenance and support services are OPTIONAL for On Premises deployment modality and mandatory for Cloud and Saas modality
